This expanded bundle should not be confused with the cartridge-only kit or the version supplied with FLOAT air chamber U-cup seals. Do not assume that every seal, wiper, lubricant or other part required for a complete fork rebuild is included.

Compatibility

Intended for selected older FOX 32 open-bath forks and compatible TALAS needle assemblies. The previous listing referred to TALAS generations 1–4; compatibility with each individual generation has not been independently confirmed. Check the exact fork model, model year, TALAS generation and seal dimensions before ordering.

The 803-00-078 reference identifies the base seal kit, not universal compatibility of the additional TALAS seals. Applicability of the base cartridge seals to a Vanilla or TerraLogic fork does not mean those forks use the TALAS needle seals. Do not assume compatibility with FOX 34, FIT dampers or TALAS 5.

Additional TALAS system seals or other service parts may be required depending on the model and work being performed. This set is not represented as a complete TALAS system rebuild kit. Installation should be carried out by an experienced suspension mechanic.
