Ein ganz großes Lob an Oli von Retro Bike Parts für die super Arbeit. Meine Cannondale Lefty Speed DLR2 von 2010 hatte ich schon fast abgeschrieben aber er hat sie tatsächlich wieder zum Laufen gebracht. Und nicht nur das, sie läuft jetzt besser als je zuvor, spricht feinfühlig an und der Lockout funktioniert auch wieder. Klar war das Ganze nicht wirklich billig aber wenn die Alternative ist, sich ein neues Fahrrad kaufen zu müssen... Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut, es wurde jeder Schritt mit mir besprochen, der Kostenrahmen wurde eingehalten. Wenn man sich, so wie ich, kurz vor Beginn der Hauptsaison mit so etwas Speziellen meldet, muss man etwas Zeit einplanen aber das war mir vorher klar. Summa summarum: Service für ne alte Lefty macht nicht mehr jeder, die Jungs von Retro Bike Parts können es.

Retro Bike Parts Germany is a Berlin-based specialist for vintage mountain bike suspension parts, service kits, and professional workshop support. Our team brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in servicing, repairing, and preserving bicycle suspension systems.

Founded in Berlin in 2020 by Oliver Perleberg, Retro Bike Parts Germany combines a dedicated online shop with the practical workshop experience of Dämpferklinik Berlin. While the shop was established in 2020, our suspension expertise has been built over more than three decades of hands-on workshop work.

Our range includes selected vintage suspension parts, seals, bushes, service kits, and accessories. We are particularly experienced with VOTEC suspension forks and elastomers, Scott TC rear shocks, and other rare MTB suspension systems. For suitable products, we also offer professional inspection, maintenance, and damper service through our Berlin workshop.
