The service for maintaining your Votec GS 3/4/5 suspension fork includes replacing the elastomers, seals, and bushings to ensure optimal performance. You can either choose to perform the maintenance yourself with a complete service kit or bring it to our workshop for a complete maintenance.
The maintenance process includes conducting a function test, disassembling the fork, inspecting for damages, cleaning with an environmentally friendly product, lubricating, replacing seals, guide bushes, and elastomer springs, and reassembling the fork. A final function test is then conducted to ensure proper functionality.
Include the suspension fork in a package with a cover letter and send it to us for maintenance. If you are aware of any faults or issues with the fork, please state them in the cover letter. We will send an email confirmation upon receiving the fork and will perform the necessary service within a few days before returning it to you.
The expected duration of maintenance for a suspension fork is typically one to two weeks. Upon payment of the invoice through Paypal, the fork will be promptly returned.
