What products are used for the service?
Seal kits are the heart of every service. Our service kits are not replicas of the original - we set new standards! An example of this is the consistent use of quad rings as dynamic seals. Squeaking or a missing lockout function are among the most common reasons for servicing dampers - nitrogen has entered the oil chamber via the floating piston seal. If you compare a commonly used original O-ring with the quadruple ring we use, you will not be surprised.
Warranty?
We use specially designed tuning seals and quad ring floating pistons to improve performance, tightness and durability. We give a 6-month guarantee on the function and tightness of all seals and assemblies.
Handling?
- Pack the shock absorbers and send them to us with a cover letter (don't forget the telephone number and e-mail address) or order them here in our shop and enclose the order confirmation in the package.
- After receipt, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail with the current processing time.
- We carry out maintenance and functional checks
- Payment can be made with PayPal or bank transfer.
- After payment we will send the damper back with DHL
