How is the processing?

Pack the suspension fork together with the cover letter in a parcel and send it to us (do not send in disassembled forks). If the fork is known to be defective, please inform us in advance using the contact form. As soon as we have received the fork, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by post. Within a few days the service will be completed and the fork will be sent back to you.

How long does the service take?

The throughput time of a suspension fork is usually one to two weeks. You are welcome to inquire about the current processing times by telephone or e-mail.
