Then this service is exactly what you need. Shock service maintenance including all seals and newly developed separating piston on all Fox Dyad RT2 Cannondale shocks.

The service is performed in the following steps:

- checked for function upon receipt and professionally disassembled
- cleaned with Bio-Circle cleaning device in an environmentally and material friendly way
- receives seals and damping oil of the newest generation
- receives newly developed separating piston with quad ring seal
- is professionally assembled
- filled and vented with a fully automatic vacuum pump
- tested for function

Which products are used for service?

Seal kits are the heart of every service. Our service kits are not replicas of the original - we set new standards! One example of this is the consistent use of quad rings as dynamic seals. Smacking or missing lockout function are among the most common service reasons for shocks - nitrogen has entered the oil chamber via the separator piston seal. If you compare an original, commercial O-ring with the Quad-Ring we use, you won't be surprised.

Warranty?

We use specially designed tuning seals and separator pistons with quad ring to improve performance, sealing and durability. We provide a 6-month warranty on all seals and assemblies for function and tightness.
